| Frances graduated in Law from the University of Leicester in 1997 and trained and qualified in London (with a firm then called D J Freeman). After working in London at both D J Freeman and Addleshaw Goddard, she joined Sedgwick Kelly in June 2004. Frances specialises in commercial property and has a broad range of experience acting for investors, owners and occupiers of all types of commercial property (retail, industrial, offices) on landlord and tenant matters. She also has substantial experience in acting for clients in the sale and purchase of high value freehold and leasehold investment and development properties (including acting for lenders). Frances also carries out some residential property work for developers and other commercial clients. |
