Elspeth qualified as a solicitor in 1987 and joined Sedgwick Kelly in February 2004. She has worked in private practice and also in the charity sector. She is an assistant solicitor in the private client department, specialising in probate, wills, lasting powers of attorney and inheritance tax planning. Elspeth is also an experienced sign language communicator, and has completed British Sign Language level 3.
