| Deborah graduated in Law with first class honours from the University of Teesside in 1995, and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. After working in a City firm for a total of 11 years, Deborah joined Sedgwick Kelly LLP in July 2008.
Deborah specialises in commercial property and has a broad range of experience covering all aspects of landlord and tenant law including: general property management issues, corporate support and dealing with acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold premises for both investors and corporate occupiers. Deborah has experience in asset refinancing transactions and has acted for institutional investors on the acquisition and disposal of industrial, residential and retail property portfolios.
